I erased the whole flash, reinstalled the IOS 12.4.1. It works. Then I installed the SDM 2.11. The installation went fine without any problem but when I start https://router-ip, I get the error "This page cannot be displayed".
When I manually telnet to the router at port 80 and 443, the connection request is accepted so I think the server is running.
