Do I need "Clock Source Internal" on one router, and "Clock Source Line" on the other router...for a Point to Point DS3???

~Not usually.
If you had a crossover cable directly connecting the two routers then such a configuration would be appropriate however on a real WAN the link provider invariably (in my experience) provides the clocking.
