If I have a dynamic IP assigned through DHCP for the outside interface (ethernet0) how do I enter a Gateway IP when creating a route using PAT?
My setup is Cable Modem ----> PIX 515 -----> Cisco 2900 Switch ------> PC Network
my outside interface is configured as - ip address dhcp setroute
reason I'm trying to get past the no route problem being shown in syslog - hence I think I need to create a route using PAT as I have a dynamic public facing IP address provided by my cable company.
