OSPF issues on Ethernet Interfaces

Hi All,

I have recently migrated from two Cisco4700's to two Cisco 2821's. The new router is not able to form an OSPF network adjacency. The two main differences from the old routers to the new ones is:

1).Instead of V.35 WAN connections,FE connections. 2).The other difference is that I have a 16port FE switch module.

The error I am getting is that the OSPF process cannot form an adjacency. I ran a debug and it appeared that I was having an MTU issue, so I applied the ip ospf mtu-ignore statement which didn't resolve the issue.

what does show cdp nei on both new routers display ???

show cdp neighbors displays both interfaces in question on the router and the same when I check it on the switch.
