Network Desing suggestions....

I will be re-doing a network in a building. There will be three seperate businesses (two owned by parent company) in this building. There will be a computer store, a medical billing company (parent of computer store) and a medical transcription company (totally seperate). I have thought of just putting all three on different subnets, but i am not sure. Here is the situation i am in...

There are 5 computers in the Computer Store, 15 in the Medical Billing part, and 15 in the Transcription part.

There will be one T1 connection to the internet for the whole building (Cisco 1721 router).

There will be a server for each section (three) running Windows SBS

2003 on each.

There will be one person that will be doing the accounting for all three companies. This person will need access to all servers. The admin of the computer store will also need access to all servers.

How should i set up the domains? one parent with child domains?

How would you set up the ip's and switches?

Thanks jason
