NAT-T and routers.

Hi guys,

how the NAT-T feature is treated on Cisco routers? I mean on PIXes you have a specific command, but on routers? How to enable it?

TIA Alex.

I'll put in my thoughts but I have to say I just configured my first VPN router in a while, I've been focusing on VoIP.

That said, I just set up VPN/Firewall on a router and didn't find a specific command to enable NAT-T support. What I did have to do is add one line to the inbound ACL, in additional to the standard gre etc. I'm not sure when it was added to IOS, I'm running 12.3

access-list xxx permit udp any host eq non500-isakmp

you can use 4500 instead of non500-isakmp

Hope this helps
