Load Balancing between Multilink and serial interfaces

Hi all, The case is like this There are

2 serial interfaces. 1 Multilink interface using 3 frame-relay interfaces.

default route is pointing to the two serials and the multilink interface. ip load sharing per-packet is used under the serials and under the multilink interface. traffic is not balanced through the 5 links equally (traffic is equal only on the links forming the multilink but not equal with the other 2 serials).

We tried placing load sharing per-packet under the serials forming the multilink interface and under the multilink interface, but with no effect.

When we shut the two separate interfaces load balancing is done on the remaining serials of the multlink, but as soon as we return them back traffic seems to prefer going through them and little traffic uses the multilink serials.

Note : At all times the links forming the multilink are always have the load balanced equally on them Any idea ?
