Hii How many people are there tried to cheat the bandwidth. Infact I was looking for a technique with which I can increase my bandwidth of my Internet Connection without knowing the Internet providers. :D
I dotn know its possible or not. I am still on research of this.

Hard to say. You do not indicate what kind of Internet Connection you are using, what kind of Cisco equipment you are using, nor who your provider is.
You have to tell which kind of equipment you are using two connect ISP.
