"incomplete chain" error installing ssl certificate on VPN 3030

Hi All,

I purchased a certificate from thawte but I got an "incompete chain" error message while installing on my VPN concentrator 3030. It worked when I installed the trial certificate from thawte. Any pointers/suggestions much appreciated!
