How is this done..

Hi

I would like to take in a PSTN call in the USA and upon accepting the call present the User which a internet link which another application will make the Telnet connection to a open Server listening on a TCP here in the UK.

So to the user they make a local call but appears to them like they are making a direct Internet connection.

is this a Reverse Telnet connection ? I don't think it is but need to know what kit need to set this up with,

any help appreciated

Don't know if this will do the trick, but you may want to investigate using "auto command" on the terminating dial lines....
