I have been a CCNA for a few years and manage our office routers for WAN and LAN routing. I am looking at setting up a new office with Cisco Call Manager Express, which is something I have never used or configured before. I have been quoted for provision of 2800 series routers and installation costs from 3rd parties but am wondering whether this is something that would be quite straightforward for me to set up myself. The installation will be for only 5 - 10 phones / extensions.
