Thanks to those that helped me get the image file for my 2924XL switches...!!!

I found that one switch is a 2820 standard swithc and the HTML files are messed up on it. There was no IOS available on the Cisco website for this switch. Does anyone have one?

Cisco has a software for Catalyst 2820 switches (actually they name it

2822). I'm not sure about HTML files - they allow you to download .BIN file. It's pretty old (dated 2004), but it's still available.
