Anybody who knows what kind of fan I can replace a fan in a cisco 3725 with. Or anybody knows the data on these fans

We got a defective fan in a 3725 a couple of months ago, but it was under a hardware service contract and we got a whole new 3725.
However, it had to be opened to move the VPN accelerator and the fans looked like standard 8cm fans with 3 leads (12v and rotation pulse).
