Can someone tell me the difference between a Pure VOIP solution a la CISCO vs an Hybrid - Avaya. I am told that there is no need to go the Pure VOIP since one can upgrade later if one goes the hybrid route. BTW, we are planning on forklifting our existing phone systems.
