I am having trouble configuring DHCP snooping on both my catalyst 2950 EI switch.
I have both Cat2950 switch trunk to each other (802.1q) and both are ip dhcp snooping enabled on vlan 1. DHCP server (Win2k3) is connected to the 1st
2950 switch and the port connected to it is configured as "ip dhcp snooping trust" while the rest are not.Here is the problem. All other clients connected to the 1st 2950 switch has no problem getting an ip lease. However, all clients on the 2nd 2950 switch couldn't get an ip lease. I tried setting "ip dhcp snooping trust" on the trunk interface but to no effect.
So is there anything I am missing out? Thanks.
