Cisco VPN client multiple connection question

VERY new to cisco VPN so bear with me. Just started at a company that has a VPN 3000 concentrator using the cisco vpn client. We have a remote site that has 5 workstations. They can connect fine individually but when more then one tries to connect, it boots the other one off. Their internal IP's are 192.168.20.0/24 and ours are

192.168.30.0/24. They only have 1 public IP though...I think they're connected via DSL. Would this cause the problem? Or is there something else I need to be looking into. Don't need exact steps...just a point in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

There is a router or firewall at their end and that device is doing Port Address Translation and you either have old client software versions or old VPN 3000 software, or else you have not enabled NAT Traversal.
