school district installed cisco phones awhile ago - and wife just moved to new school and her phone is not working...
basic questions - What are the basic steps and observations on the phone ? How to tell IF it has PoE power - but may NOT be configured ? or - may have power - but RJ-45 is not on switch or port not activated ? or - ???
