I am running a Cisco Secure 2.4 RADIUS Server and am going to change from a client/server app to a web-based app. Is there a 'best practice' for the size limit of an html document to be pushed to end users through 56k modems?

Allow me to elucidate....as I am a newbie myself. I understand that the bottleneck will be the throughput of the 56k modem....however is there a maximum doc size, or preferred best practice for an html doc to be accessed through that RADIUS server?
Any help would be appreciate...thanks!
