firewall + proxy server

Hi I am looking for a firewall + proxy server. I am running a Windows 2K domain, with AD.

I know ISA can do this, but I do not want to have any client SW (like what ISA do)

I need the proxy server to work well with AD, so that I can provide access for users to web based on the user name or groups.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Just use ISA as a proxy server and packet filtering firewall then.

Loathe as I am so say it, ISA 2004 is rather impressive.

ISA will do that as will squid.
