Hi,



Is it possible to configure a particular day of year in Cisco Customer Response Application Editor on IPCC Express?



And how?

Have a look at the 'holiday' script in the IPCC Express Script Repository on CCO (search for "script repository"). Basically, the script reads an XML file of dates and checks each date against today's date, if there's a match, it sets a boolean variable to true which can be used by the rest of the script. You can probably modify this for your application.
