Hi,
I am trying to add a AAA client to a newly installed Cisco ACS server on windows but everytime I hit submit it says that the shared secret cannot be blank. I am entering a value in the shared secret field. Anyone seen this before? Thanks.

Is your browser configured to use a proxy? If so, disable the proxy. ACS and proxies have never gotten along well.
Make sure that CSAuth, CSRadius, and CSTacacs services are running. I have seen issues with the ACS GUI if any one of those services has crashed or is not running.
