Cisco 820 router voip problem

Hello, I have wuite a big issue unable to resolve it. I have a SIP PBOX and it works wonderful behind any kind of NAT using STUN but it won;t work behind my home ADSL cisco NAT. I think in some way the Cisco nat implementation break stun so I might try to upgrade the IOS. But here I wanted to ask what I can do to forward external connections from my WAN ADSL interface to my internal network 10.0.0.0/24 so that connection to UDP ports 5060 to 5070 are forwarded to my Voip pbox which ahs address 10.0.0.3 I tryed unsuccesfully with nat outside. anyone has some hint for this issue ? thanks

Rick
