Hello all, I am using a Cisco 11501 Network Content switch. I am very new at this and pretty much had the device dumped in my lap by a few higher ups. Here is my situation:
- Cisco 11501 is balancing load for 3 Application servers.
- Using an html file to test, I can confirm that the switch is properly attempting to balance load.
- From a limited number of machines, Everything looks like it is working normally. However most machines get a "page not found" error on attempting to connect to the switch.
- No access restrictions were set up on the Content switch.
Being new at this, I have no idea how to troubleshoot this further. Things such as Common network paths, common subnets etc. have been investigated but provide no insight. My only insight now is that it seems to be something on the CLIENT that prevents the page from being found.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
