CDP over 802.1q question

How would CDP encapsulate it's payload in the following scenario ?

I have a router with a FastEthernet connected to a 6500 switch. The FastE port has three sub-interfaces with vlan 560,561 and 562 using dot1q encap (i.e. int FastEthernet 0/0.560). The switch port is configured as a dot1q trunk allowing only vlans 560, 561 and 562 on the trunk (all other vlans are pruned).

In this scenario, which vlan will the CDP packets traverse from each device to identify themselves. Will it chose the first configured dot1q vlan or will it not even use dot1q encap and simply send a regular Ethernet frame from each device to establish the neighbor relationship ?

Even with out the vlan 1, the switch and the router will use it to send info about CDP and migth be other protocols.
