I have a rather urgent need to be able to pass VOIP data over a T-1 link I am using to bridge data between two buildings during a business move. I have the circuit set up with IRB between two Cisco 1741's. I am bridging the data network 10.11.x.x and everything works great. The new VOIP system we are installing is set up on 10.1.x.x and we will be segmenting with VLANs in our Cisco switch once the move is done. During the move I must be able to pass VOIP data from remote IP phones over the same link temporarily, so I will need to bridge
10.1.x.x packets as well. Will this work? Do I build another bridge group, or can I do another BVI and put the 10.1 network in that, or is it as simple as adding 10.1.whatever to my existing BVI?
Any suggestions _greatly_ appreciated.
