We are doing a security audit, and one of the items says that AAA services should be bound to the loopback interface. While we have RADIUS and taccasus running on campus, we are not using it on our equipment. I did a search, but came back to RADIUS. Can someone point me in the right direction? Is there a link on how to bind AAA services to the loopback interface? ???

ip tacacs source-interface loopback0 or ip radius source-interface loopback0
depending on which protocol you are using for AAA

Thanks for the reply. The issue is, I am not using either one. I am doing authentication locally. Suggestions?

If you are doing it locally than there is nothing to bind to.
