Hi,
I wanted to get some opinions about doing daily incremental backups to a USB hard drive instead of using tapes everyday and then doing a full back up once a week to a tape. What are the opinions about this method? Tapes are expensive and I am trying to find a cheaper alternative without risking data loss.

I'm curious, how many Cisco routers, switches, etc. do you have and how often do their configurations change that this would be an issue?
I should have been more specific and I accidentally posted it on the wrong board. On too many boards. Please disregard, I was talking about user server data and exchange mailboxes.
