We are setting up a small WLAN in our DMZ and have several Aironet access points and a WLSE. WLAN budget is spent so no option of getting a Cisco ACS or Funk's Steel belted radius for authentication, but we do want to use EAP-FAST. Can we configure one of the access points built-in radius servers to authenticate for the entire WLAN?
Any tips are appreciated!
Sure, you can configure one AP to act as the RADIUS server for all your LEAP and/or EAP-FAST wireless clients. (The "official" limit is I think 50 clients.)
