Aironet 352

I have a Aironet 352 AP, but this thing boots not correct.

I think I must install i new Firmware Image. Have someone a documentation how to make a firmware upgrade with the serial cable.

I have no experiance with cisco products.

I worked always with Linksys and dlink Products.
