Lost Phone Password
If a phone is locked and the password is lost, you can restore the phone to factory defaults by pressing the following key sequence:
*7#9#2#0#*Caution When you perform this action, all settings will be lost. This feature is available only in phone firmware version 1.0(2) and above.
