2950 switch - max mac-add table size?

HI all, is there a maximum size of the mac-address table in a 2950 or is it limited by ram?

I would also say that no network design should ever have a 2950 series switch in a position tto learn this many MACs. I hope you're 2950 isn't in that position. In my opinion the 2950 is a rather crummy switch, at least when compared to the current product lines. They're of course head and shoulders better than the 2900XL line. To me they have little use anywhere in a network beyond a slow and most dumb access position. They also make a useful switch to through in an impromptu training room for extra ports in a pinch.

Is there a particular use of your 2950 that you have in mind?
