Why Cisco switches suck

If you spent 4 hours on it, I would of stopped after 2 and called their support....

So I've just spent the last four hours trying to figure out why the Cisco 2924 Switch that I've put in as my DMZ switch wouldn't work with 2 of my IBM servers. I spent hours changing speed and duplex settings etc. How did I fix the problem you ask? Well how about switching all servers to "autosense" and replacing the Cisco with a netgear 10/100/1000 cheap switch. Result everything is running at 100/Full duplex, no lost packets. It never worked this this good with the Cisco. What gives, I thought Cisco had a reputation as a great product?
