i have router sim v4 (i think)



anyhow i have come to the stage where i want to configure switches, the switches available in router sim are 1900s In my lab i have catalyst



2950s (its not my lab but you know what i mean)

anyhow for some reason in router sim when i type in



#show mac-address-table



it get an invalid command



however when i do



#show ?



i get the list and sure enough "mac-address-table" is in the list, so is anyone else having this problem in router sim?



or is it just me doing something wrong?

router sims are good only for some basic operations in most cases there is only a few commands for ccna-level and the way it works depends on programmer's work i have even situations when something works but shouldn't - e.x. rip in 30 hops diameter network (even between border routers) do not worry about lists - most won't work, just to be sure try to find some real routers/switches environment regards, Andrew
