i have 4006 series switch and this switch have fastethernet ports which are connected to 2950 swiches. i hvae some static ip through i am accessing internet , so i want ristirct these ip for some time means from 6 PM to 6 AM. plz tell me solution.
I don't think this is possible.
If it is possible, you have to configure this on the router, not on the switches. Maybe an ACL can help you with this on the router, but i doubt it.

Take a look at time-based ACLs in Cisco IOS. Check out the following link
Be careful of time-based ACLs on switches. This is a software feature in routers. Switches apply their ACLs into hardware, and where a time-based clause may work fine on a router it is usually not supported on a switch. Just because a switch lets you configure it doesn't necessarily mean it is supported or will work.
