I didn't add the second port until all phone and e-mail support options
had been exhausted and the final conclusion from them was that it was a
problem with the motherboard. It was right afterwards that I did the
Windows update and found that it fixed things. I'll go ahead and take
out the PCI card right away and see if that improves the connection
issues. Thank you!
