Caller ID Missing From Transfer

I have a CICS 7.0 with Call Pilot. The system is set up with the AA to answer immediately on lines 2 throgh 4 and after 4 rings on line 1.

The caller id is not passing through when the AA sends the call to the extension. Is this by design? Is there a way to set it up so the CLID passed through?

The CLID works when the AA does not pick up. When I press Feature*811 when a call is transfered from the AA, it just shows which internal telephone line it is coming from - meaning it shows the words - LINE 2

- on the display.

Any help would be huge! Thank you!

Caller I.D. May not be there that quickly try changing the answer on lines

2-4 from 0 to 2 and see if that works.

Thanks for your insight. That was exactly the problem. When I changed the ringing from 0 to 2, the caller id info was passed through the Call Pilot. Since the line was set to APPR ONLY, it wasn't an issue.
