Can anybody please recommend a decent Router Sim for CCNA?

There seem to be a few available, I'd prefer something relatively cheap
or free (the latter probably quite unlikely), but quality of
functionality is obviously important too.

Cheers.

Packet Tracer is only available to Cisco Networking Academy students - check
your local college, they may be one and sign up for a course.

Alternately http://www.netsimk.com/ is fairly good; it's a work-in-progress
but the price is right :-)

Open your wallet, but the equipment on eBay, then eBay it once you are
 done.

Couple of 2950's from ebay and then a PC running dynamips/dynagen
(http://dynagen.org/index.html ) for your routers.
