I need some help or advice. I am moving within the same city. When I contacted Verizon about moving my DSL I was told that my new CO had used
up it's DSL capacity and could not take any more DSL lines !
I think this is just plain nuts. I am an EXISTING customer; not a new one. I've been with Verizon for well over 5 years. Verizon apparently sold so much at their new cheap rate that a lot of CO's are full. They should have left some capacity for transfers of service.
Does anyone have a contact that I can use to resolve this issue ?
