I am planning on using a dynamic DNS provider to point to my web server.
This list may not be up to date, however from what I can surmise from the DSLReports thread
Business customers: none
Residential customers in the Former Bell Atlantic region like us:
Residential customers in the Former GTE region: Inbound TCP 80 *may* be still open
TCP 80 inbound TCP 135 both inbound and outbound
FIOS: TCP 80 inbound is also blocked.
There may be others but they're not blocked for us.
