Wireless Problems

I have a IBM T41 with a wireless card.Intel PRO/Wireles LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter. I can't find my router Belkin54G even though other Lap Tops in my house can. I have tried many things i have manages to connect to the router. Under the status it is sending packets but is recieving 0 Can you please help?

so one minute you say it cant find the router and then you say you manage to connect to router..........perhaps you need to confirm which it is.

assuming the second, what Firewall or Internet Security are you running and if any have you set it to accept the routers IP address.
