Signal strength non PC card radio

Aug 13, 2006 2 Replies

My old ISP was wireless and I had a Yagi antenna and Cisco Aironet PC Card with a utility program where I could view the signal strength, etc. I've since changed providers and now my set up is a WiFi grid antennna with radio at the antenna and ethernet from the radio to my PC. What I'm looking for is some (Windows) software that I can use to check the signal strength and for other access points. I've search, but all I can find only works with an installed PC card....

What you can do depends on which radio (client bridge) is being used and what it supports.

I had to climb atop my house to find it but it is a tranzeo wireless lan adapter tr-cpe200. I'll search and see if I can find anything on it....thanks
