If everyone is going to be on the same network, you could set the SSID and encryption to be the same on each AP but give each AP its own channel. If each AP is going to represent a separate network, give each one its own SSID, encryption keys and channel. It might be a good idea to enable MAC address filtering on each AP under these conditions.
