iPIG Server/Client as VPN substitution

iPIG is a pretty easy setup.

So I have my iPIG personal server set up on a machine that is far away and is on a network where the internal addresses are between

192.168.65.100 and 192.168.65.125. My iPIG client is on a machine which is on a network where the internal addresses are between 192.168.100.50 and 192.168.100.100.

I seem to recall that somebody here has set it up as a vpn substitute. Is it possible to do so where the server is on a network with a different address (192.168.65.x) from the network the client is on (192.168.100.x)?

Essentially, all I want to be able to do is to map a shared windows drive on the server (192.168.65.50) from the client (192.168.100.75).

If it requires adding a route to the routing table, that would be ok, too.

Thanks

mike
