hello some suggestion for one router wifi that is possible to change the radio power ? and limit it to minimum? which one?

Please repost with more information, including the manufacturer and model of the wifi hardware you are using.

Why do you want to limit power? It does little good as a security precaution. For Wi-Fi, the only real security is encryption. Once you have done that, the other supposed security measures -- hiding the SSID, filtering by MAC, reducing power -- are pointless.
The Buffalo wzr-hp-g450h has a power setting, but it is unknown if the power is continuously variable.
