what do you think of telphin.com at $49 with unlimited world?
can be a scam or what? are them well known and serious?
do you know other websites that are offering similar plan with a lot of foreign countries?

I've ran into a couple but most are $79 a month. Voip2 is one. As with all voip providers unlimited is not really unlimited. The companies tend to be more picky on international calls and threaten pushing into a business plan or cancelation. They can't really be getting a better deal on leasing thier lines than the other companies, so the cheaper they are the more picky they would have to be to stay in business... I would imagine.
