T.28 api/stack for C++ Windows development?

Does anybody know of a good T.28 FAX-over-IP stack/api for use with C++ development on the Windows platform?

What is "T.28"? Do you mean "T.38"?

Thanks for the link Enzo. Unfortunately, that is described to only work under Linux.
