I'm doing my midterm project on Ip telephony, so therefore I'm loking for a implementation of a SIP server for windows in C++ or Java. Can any body help with this?

It's not on windows but Asterisk, with a lot of tweaking could run on windows.You could also run it with VM ware, then do your scripting in pearl. Just a thought.
