I'm currently doing some testing in relations to MOS, Jitter, Latency and see rate them accordingly to the calls I make. In order for me to do that I need to pingflood my ip or use somekind of bandwidth program to control a percise amount of latency, jitter. Anyone know how I can do this. Your help would be much appreciated.
