Good afternoon, I have been challenged with troubleshooting a Prostar DCS system. I was informed that after a thunder storm only one station is working in the system. All the lines are available and switching the phones the trouble follows the station. the power supply red light is flashing, and everything else seems to be normal. I have checked the wiring the best I can in an old building and it appears to be okay. I tried to download a manual for the unit and was almost hit with ransomware. It must have been an older version, my virous protection caught it.
The unit is in a small business and they need their telephones but do not have the resources to put a lot into it.
