We moved a Nortel Northstar telephone system(NT5B05) from one office to a new location.
We are using a Meridain T7300 for the Receiption and 3 Meridain T7100 for extensions.
When we dial an outside numbers we can hear the clicking of Puls dial from the PBX box. However when we diaL # + outside Number the the system uses Touch tone and dials quitely.
Is there a way to se the default dialing to Touch Tone? what is the Featuce code or the instruction?
Please Help
